Most engagements start the same way: ninety minutes on a call with whoever will own the result, and a one-page note from us within the week saying what we think the actual problem is. That note is free and it is occasionally the end of the conversation, because sometimes the answer is that you do not need us.
What to send
A link to what you have now, a sentence on what is going wrong, and who internally will have to live with whatever we build. That last one matters more than the budget.
Timing
We take four engagements at a time and are usually booked six to eight weeks out. Audits can often start sooner.
